Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments scheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be honored and may incur a cancellation fee. Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and rescheduling may be required. No Refunds: Absolutely no refunds will be provided for canceled or missed appointments, regardless of the circumstances.
